【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesasystemofsinglesamplingschemesforlot-by-lotinspectionbyattributes.Allthesamplingplansofthepresentsystemareofaccept-zeroform,i.e.nolotisacceptedifthesamplefromitcontainsoneormorenonconformingitems.Theschemesdependonasuitably-definedaverageoutgoingqualitylimit(AOQL),thevalueofwhichischosenbytheuser;norestrictionsareplacedonthechoiceofthevalueoftheAOQLoronthesizesofsuccessivelotsintheseries.Themethodologyensuresthattheoverallaveragequalityreachingthecustomerormarket-placewillnotexceedtheAOQLinthelongrun.1.2Theschemesareintendedtoinduceasupplier,throughtheeconomicandpsychologicalpressureoflotnon-acceptanceandconsequentlossofaccumulatedcredit,toattempttomaintainanonconformity-freeprocess,whileassuring,bymeansofthelowestpracticablesamplesizes,thatthelong-termpercentageofnonconformingitemsdeliveredtothecustomerormarket-placedoesnotexceedtheAOQL.Thisobjectiveisachievedbyaprogressivereductioninthesamplesizeinresponsetogoodqualityhistory.1.3Theschemesaredesignedtobeappliedtoaseriesoflotsfromeachsupplier.Thecreditprincipleprovides:a)automaticprotectiontothecustomerifadeteriorationinqualityisdetected,bymeansofatotallossofaccumulatedcreditandreversiontoarelativelylargesamplesizewheneveranonconformingitemisfound,and100%inspectionof1)thefirstlotifitisnotaccepted,or2)anynon-acceptedlotthatimmediatelyfollowsanon-acceptedlot;b)anincentivetoreducesamplingcosts(bymeansofaprogressivereductioninrequiredsamplesize)ifconsistentlygoodqualityisachieved.1.4ThisInternationalStandardisdesignedforuseunderthefollowingconditions:a)wheretheinspectionprocedureistobeappliedtoaseriesoflotsofdiscreteitemsthatareintendedtobeidentical,andwhichareallsuppliedbyoneproducerusingoneproductionprocess(Iftherearedifferentproducersorproductionprocesses,thisInternationalStandardisintendedtobeappliedtoeachoneseparately.);b)whereoneormorequalitycharacteristicsoftheseproductsaretakenintoconsideration,whichmustallbeclassifiableaseitherconformingornonconforming;c)wheretheinspectionerrorinvolvedinclassifyingthestateofaproduct'squalitycharacteristic(s)isnegligible;d)whereinspectionisnon-destructive.ThisInternationalStandardcanbesuitableforregulatorypurposes,ascontroloftheexpectedqualityofitemsreachingthemarket-placeisachievedwiththesmallestpossiblesamplesizes,andlong-termcontroloftherealized,oractualqualitylevelinthemarket-placeisachievedwithcertainty,regardlessofhowlongorshortindividualsuppliers'seriesmaybe.ThisInternationalStandardcanbeusedbysuppliers/producers,buyers/consumersandregulatoryagenciestoprovidecontroloftheexpectedqualityofthetotalityofacceptedproductofeachtypefromeachsource.
