【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO9614specifiesamethodformeasuringthecomponentofsoundintensitynormaltoameasurementsurfacewhichischosensoastoenclosethenoisesource(s}ofwhichthesoundpowerlevelistobedetermined.Theone-octave,one-third-octaveorband-limitedweightedsoundpowerleveliscalculatedfromthemeasuredvalues.Themethodisapplicabletoanysourceforwhichaphysicallysta-tionarymeasurementsurfacecanbedefined,andonwhichthenoisegeneratedbythesourceisstationaryintime(asdefinedin3.13).Thesourceisdefinedbythechoiceofmeasurementsurface.Themethodisapplicableinsitu,orinspecialpurposetestenviron-ments,1.2ThispartofISO9614isapplicabletosourcessituatedinanyenvironmentwhichisneithersovari-ableintimeastoreducetheaccuracyofthemeas-urementofsoundintensitytoanunacceptabledegree,norsubjectstheintensitymeasurementprobetogasflowsofunacceptablespeedorun-steadiness(see5.3and5.4).Insomecases,itwillbefoundthatthetestconditionsaretooadversetoallowtherequirementsofthispartofISO9614tobemet.Inparticular,extraneousnoiselevelsmayvarytoanexcessivedegreeduringthetest.Insuchcases,themethodgiveninthispartofISO9614isnotsuitableforthedeterminationofthesoundpowerlevelofthesource.NOTE1Othermethods,e.g.determinationofsoundpowerlevelsfromsurfacevibrationlevelsasdescribedinISO/TR7849,maybemoresuitable.1.3ThispartofISO9614specifiescertainancillaryprocedures,describedinannexB,tobefollowedinconjunctionwiththesoundpowerdetermination.Theresultsareusedtoindicatethequalityofthedeter-mination,andhencethegradeofaccuracy.Ifthein-dicatedqualityofthedeterminationdoesnotmeettherequirementsofthispartofISO9614,thetestprocedureshouldbemodifiedinthemannerindi-cated.

【摘要】:ThepurposeofthispartofISO/IECTR10000istoprovidethecontextforfunctionalstandardizationinsupportofOpenSystemEnvironments(OSE).ItprovidesprinciplesandaclassificationschemeforOSEprofileswhichmaybeorhavebeensubmittedforratificationasInternationalStandardizedProfiles(ISPs).ISO/IECTR10000-1definestheconceptofprofilesthataredocumentedasISPs.ThispartofISO/IECTR10000outlinesthebasicOSEobjectivesandconcepts,anddefinesanapproachandformatforOSEprofilesspecifiedbyInternationalStandardizedProfiles.ItgivesguidancetoorganizationsproposingDraftOSEISPs,onthenatureandcontentofthedocumentswhichmaybesubmittedforratificationasInternationalStandardizedProfiles.AnOSEisdefinedasacomprehensivesetofinterfaces,servicesandsupportingformats(includinguseraspects)enablinginteroperabilityandportabilityofapplications,dataorpeople,asspecifiedbyinformationtechnologystandardsandprofiles.Communicationprotocolsarepartofthespecificationofbehaviouratcertaintypesofinterfaces.EachOSEprofileiscreatedtosatisfyaclearlyspecifiedsetofuserrequirements.SinceprofileswillbeproposedaccordingtoneedsidentifiedtoSGFSandaccordingtotheprogressofinternationalbasestandardization,theTaxonomywillbeperiodicallyupdatedorhavenewpartsaddedinordertoreflecttheprogressreached.ItisalsorecognizedthattherewillbeproposalsfortheextensionofthetaxonomytocoverfunctionswhichwerenotidentifiedduringthepreparationofthiseditionofISO/IECTR10000.TheseextensionsmaybeidentifiedbyavarietyofproposersandinvolvesimpleextensionstotheexistingTaxonomyortheadditionofnewfunctionalareasnotcurrentlycoveredbyISO/IECTR10000.TheinclusionofsuchextensionsisadministeredfollowingtheprocedureselaboratedbySGFS.AdistinctionhasbeenmadebetweenaprofileandanISPwhichdocumentsoneormoreprofiles.TheTaxonomyisonlyconcernedwithprofiles,butfurtherinformationisgiveninthe"DirectoryofISPsandProfilescontainedtherein"astowhichISPcontainsthedocumentationofaprofile.ThisDirectoryismaintainedasanSGFSstandingdocumentSD-4(seereferenceinAnnexA).ForeachdraftprofilesubmittedtoSGFS,itwillalsoprovideadditionalinformation,includingthestatusoftheidentifiedprofiles.
