【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000-3isconcernedwiththelimitationofvoltagefluctuationsandflickerimpressedonthepubliclow-voltagesystem.Itspecifieslimitsofvoltagechangeswhichmaybeproducedbyanequipmenttestedunderspecifiedconditionsandgivesguidanceonmethodsofassessment.ThispartofIEC61000isapplicabletoelectricalandelectronicequipmenthavinganinputcurrentequaltoorlessthan16Aperphase,intendedtobeconnectedtopubliclow-voltagedistributionsystemsofbetween220Vand250Vlinetoneutralat50Hz,andnotsubjecttoconditionalconnection.EquipmentwhichdoesnotcomplywiththelimitsofthispartofIEC61000whentestedwiththereferenceimpedanceZrefof6.4,andwhichthereforecannotbedeclaredcompliantwiththispart,mayberetestedorevaluatedtoshowconformitywithIEC61000-3-11.Part3-11isapplicabletoequipmentwithratedinputcurrent≤75Aperphaseandsubjecttoconditionalconnection.Thetestsaccordingtothispartaretypetests.ParticulartestconditionsaregiveninannexAandthetestcircuitisshowninfigure1.NOTEThelimitsinthispartofIEC61000arebasedmainlyonthesubjectiveseverityofflickerimposedonthelightfrom230V/60Wcoiled-coilfilamentlampsbyfluctuationsofthesupplyvoltage.Forsystemswithnominalvoltagelessthan220Vlinetoneutraland/orfrequencyof60Hz,thelimitsandreferencecircuitvaluesareunderconsideration.
