【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcovershot-rolledandcold-rolledsteelsheetcoatedbytheelectrolyticprocess.Coatingscanbecomprisedofpuremetalsormetalalloys.Forspecificcoatings,refertoSpecificationsA879/A879MandA918.1.2Theproductshallbecoatedononeorbothsurfaceswithequalordifferentialcoatingmassesonthetwosurfaces.Sheet-coatedwithequalcoatingmassesoneachsurfacehassimilarlevelsofcorrosionprotectiononeachsurface.Often,however,ahigherlevelofcorrosionprotectionisrequiredononesurfacethanisrequiredontheother.Inthesesituations,onesurfaceshallbespecifiedwithaheaviercoatingmassthantheother.Eithersurface,whenspecifiedtobepainted,willprovideadditionalcorrosionprotectionascomparedtoanunpaintedsurface.1.3Thiscoatingprocesshasessentiallynoeffectonthebasemetalmechanicalproperties,anduseispermittedonanygradeofhot-rolledorcold-rolledsteelsheet.ThecoatedsheetisavailableasCommercialSteel(CS),DrawingSteel(DS),DeepDrawingSteel(DDS),Extra-DeepDrawingSteel(EDDS),StructuralSteel(SS)High-StrengthLow-AlloySteel(HSLAS),High-StrengthLow-AlloySteelwithImprovedFormability(HSLAS-F),Solution-HardenedSteel(SHS),orBake-HardenableSteel(BHS).1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.
